I couldn’t be more impressed with JCL Tree Services. Their professionalism was evident right from the quoting stage with clear communication, fair pricing, and a genuine understanding of what needed to be done. We engaged them for a large‑scale job removing several huge trees, and the team delivered exceptional results. They worked efficiently, safely, and with real attention to detail. The actual tree lopping and stumping was awesome. Jordan and Jai were communicative from the beginning.
But the boys on site need a firm hand and a lesson in accountability. They didn’t follow mine or Jai’s instructions throughout the day. They left energy drink cans in the yard, cigarette butts in my pot plants, tipped my worm farm out on the ground, stomped on a baby lily pilly, and dropped a branch that shattered a concrete slab — all could have been resolved if they’d communicated with me. In terms of service, they are awesome and definitely the best price we came across.

JCL tree services cut down a dead iron bark in our yard this morning and we were very impressed with the great workmanship. They were very efficient and left our yard very clean and tidy.Cannot recommend them highly enough. 😀😃

Jordan’s team took down several large palms and cut back an out of control murraya hedge at our place in Coorparoo. They were on time, incredibly quick and efficient - done in less than an hour - tidied up a couple of other small trees on the spot and without fuss when asked, and left no mess. Highly recommended.
