The actual tree lopping and stumping was awesome. Jordan and Jai were communicative from the beginning.
But the boys on site need a firm hand and a lesson in accountability. They didn’t follow mine or Jai’s instructions throughout the day. They left energy drink cans in the yard, cigarette butts in my pot plants, tipped my worm farm out on the ground, stomped on a baby lily pilly, and dropped a branch that shattered a concrete slab — all could have been resolved if they’d communicated with me. In terms of service, they are awesome and definitely the best price we came across.

JCL tree services cut down a dead iron bark in our yard this morning and we were very impressed with the great workmanship. They were very efficient and left our yard very clean and tidy.Cannot recommend them highly enough. 😀😃

Jordan’s team took down several large palms and cut back an out of control murraya hedge at our place in Coorparoo. They were on time, incredibly quick and efficient - done in less than an hour - tidied up a couple of other small trees on the spot and without fuss when asked, and left no mess. Highly recommended.

From the first call to the final completion of the job I have high praise for Jordan. He has excellent communication skills, timely, quality machinery and very efficient. He manoeuvred his machine in an awkward and tight space. I would certainly use his services again and highly recommend him.

JCL tree services were amazing. Jordon was extremely professional both on the phone and in person when he did the quote and due to the nature of our tree issue provided a safety measure until his team could come back to remove it. Our tree had split and Jordan moved some things around so his team could come back the next day. They were both prompt and courteous. Some minor damage occurred to our steps to the pool from their machinery, however Jordan messaged me with photos and was back within a couple of hours and personally fixed them. JCL's quote was not the cheapest nor the most expensive, however the professionalism won over the rest. I highly recommend JCL and I am very happy with the finished product.

We had a number of large palms on our property, including one massive Royal Cubin only a couple of meters from the house. We had 4 companies out to quote and Jordan's was very competitive, and right from the moment I met him I felt that he was the right pick.

His communication was fantastic, he and the team arrived on time and quickly got to work. They removed around 15 trees in total and we were amazed to see how efficiently they worked. All the boys were friendly and knew their role to get the job done. They also did a great job on the clean up considering how many trees we had removed and stump grinded. They also took great care in removing the staghorn ferns that were growing on the trees.
